Choose between single skin PVC sheets or double layer, air-filled insulated roofing sections.
PVC Sheet
Our robust PVC roofs are the ideal cover for canopies, tunnels or buildings where no sensitive goods are stored. The roof coverings are made of highly tear-resistant industrial PVC - a strong, durable and cost-effective material compared to other roofing materials. These PVC panels are specially designed for long-term roofing and they deliver decades of protection against sun, rain, hail or frost. Due to their low weight, PVC roofs can be installed quickly and cost-effectively. This is also an advantage if damaged panels need to be replaced. The translucent material also allows sufficient daylight into the building.
Corrugated Sheet Metal
Corrugated metal sheeting is the ideal material to ensure high protection from all weather conditions. They are also extremely low-maintenance and durable alternatives to PVC sheeting. In addition, roofing made from corrugated sheet metal provides a strong surface to mount solar panels for generating electricity.
Anchoring
For maximum stability, HR-Structures halls are anchored using either pegs or dowels.
Ground Pegs
Using ground pegs is the most common and cost-effective way of anchoring a canopy. They can secure a canopy to a wide variety of substrates without any problems. To ensure optimum fastening, the surface layer, base layer and frost protection layer of the ground should total at least 80cm.
Dowels
If the substrate of the canopy is not suitable for fastening with ground pegs, we recommend installation with heavy-duty dowels. Anchoring a building with dowels always requires a concrete or strip foundation, which must be poured in advance.
